2003 f150 5.4 ltr auto trans. i replaced the airfilter and the next day ran out of gas lol yep ran out anyways since then i get a lean bank 1 and lean bank 2 code,i cleared them thinking it was when i ran out of fuel,2 days later check engine light on again,clear them and again 2 days and light is on again,when driving and letting off of accelerator like from cruising and then getting ready to turn the rpm drops to 400 ,feels like its gonna stall and then slowly goes backto 900 any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou

 

Off the top of my head it sounds like the iac is sticking. You can try cleaning it and see if it helps. I'd really like to know what the "new" code is though.

 

what where and how do i unstick the iac?
