Transmission replacement cost?

Anyone get a transmission replaced? If so how much did it cost?

I always buy a junkyard trans and I install myself. It's not to difficult if u have the tools and some experience

For a remanufactured one from ford with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty was $3500 installed. Aammco quoted me $1500 for a rebuild with a one year, 12,000 warranty. Went with Ford

I just had a rebuild for 3000$ still screwed up unreal 2004 f 150 5.6
