my truck shifts fine around town. i always have the overdrive off... i hit the freeway and once i go over 55 in over drive and come off the freeway back into town it will start shifting hard from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd... any ideas? speed sensor? range sensor? torque converter? i have no idea. any input would be wonderful.

 

Try a tranny flush.

 

just did a tranny flush and filter... any better ideas?

 

Pull the 2 shift solenoids out and check the springs for breaks. Located behind the valve body.
