Default transmission question

How do I know if I have the 4R70W or the 4R100 tranny?
I've got a 2002 f150 supercrew FX4 Lariat with 5.4

Try looking up what the pan gaskets look like and compare to what you have. I think there may be a tag or something to that extent also.

Check door jam sticker or look at the pan. 14 bolt is 70. 20 is 400

pretty sure it's the 4R70W the 4R100's were in lightnings and the light duty F250's/7700's
