Default Transmission problems!

I have a 2001 ford f-150 4.6 v8 with a 4r70w automatic transmission. I have been having troubles with my transmission acting up. When I drive it the first 10 minutes it's fine but when it starts to heat up it doesn't want to come out of first at a dead stop. It's acting like it's in neutral. But if I pull off in 2nd gear and then go to drive it's completely fine. It also shutters and acts like it slips going like 55. It's not a coil I've had many problems with those. I know the way those feel like the back of my hand. But I was just wondering if anyone else had that same problem.

Whens the last time you've done a fluid exchange or flush? Sounds like it might be to late for that now.
