I have a 1994 F-150 XLT Ford pickup truck with the 5.0 motor and it has the 4 speed automatic transmission in it, can I tell what transmission I have by the vin code, I ran a data code check on the truck and the code came up with a 452 code ( vehicle speed sensor code) I only want to do this one time so I need to get the right VSS for my transmission, any help would be appreciate-it.

 

You are in the 97 to 03 section. You'll have better luck over in the 94 area.
