Default Transmission help

So about a month ago my Trans started acting funny, I got in it started driving and everything was good. Then I got to where I was going shut it off and when I got in it to come home it didn't **** right I'd have to let off for it to shift out of 1st maybe 2nd too. Stopped at a stop light and it shifted fine then the next stop light itd do it again. It just comes and goes, may shift fine may not. So I changed the fluid and filter everything was clean fluid still red, really didn't need changing but I wanted to see if it was dirty. After that it hasn't been drove till the past two days, in those two days it did fine but today it started again, just occasionally never consistent. Plus driving down the interstate id be going 70 all good and I'd start going up a hill where it needed to downshift, it wouldn't even if I floored it just stayed it the same gear and then a mile down the road it work fine. And as I was driving the rpms would jump around 200 rpms while at speed and then it'd settle back down to a constant rpm. Checked the fluid- level is perfect, clear red on the dip stick, no leaks or anything. . . . . . Does this sound like a transmission solenoid, tcc, or tc? Or maybe another sensor/solenoid ? Truck is a 2001 f150 Supercrew with the 4.6

Disconnect battery for ~15 minutes first of all, that might clear it up.
Idle jumping could be iac. May be wrong here but maybe possible tps? Would help if you could get a check engine light or a flashing OD light. See when you have time to stop but an auto parts store. Make convo to a guy there. See if he will let you use there obd scanner to see live diagnostics to maybe help troubleshoot and see if you have something going wrong.
