I drove with a guy that took literally 2 miles to get to 40 mph from a stop.

That is how you treat a tranny.

You only need to leave like 20 minutes early when the bingo hall is 5 minutes away.

For some reason...people like to follow me, then honk horn and speed away after I turn.....

Just being friendly I guess.

Enough to borrow lots of time and many more miles with my factory set-up. No denying that....I've had this truck just shy of 20 years now lol
The only way I could see me owning a vehicle that long is if I buy it new and if i have a different vehicle to drive daily.

Heck. I've had 2 vehicles at a time for almost my entire driving life. Though I've never bought new.

I'd buy a truck from a guy like you or myself but for some reason they're hard to find! I look at 2008+ f150s that are rusting out where they shouldn't be. Poor maintenance. Little or no records. Etc. Still want 25k-35k for them. Seems the guys who take care of them dont want to let them go. It makes sense but still...

Edit: Little factioid. Original owner of my truck shot 2 deer with one bullet. Made the paper. Haha.
