Default trans help!!!

I just bolted up another 4r70w to my 2000 f150, 4.6, 4wd. After I bolted it up like normal. I went to firm the motor by hand so I could bolt the torque converter to flywheel and and motor wouldn't turn, not even with the starter!! So I loosened all trans to engine bolts n the starter bolts, only then could I turn freely by hand!! Any help out there???!!!

Should I try putting in another spacer between motor and trans? Or should I unbolt the trans and scoot it back and make sure the torque converter is seated all the way in the trans?

Make sure the dowel pins are in all the way and the tranny sits flush if you have one side yammed out then nothing will line up right
