Default trans fluid compatability

2001 f159 xl 4.6 twd --installing a used/warrantied 4R70W 14 bolt auto trans when I noticed one qt of dexron VI had been added to the mercon V I had purchased for this trans swap. The dexron was meant for power steering. So, do I drain this new mix and refill with all mercon V or am I ok allowing these two to co-mingle like a couple of 3rd cousins and hope for things to be ok?

Drain it & replace it with V. Here's a link to a ATF chart.
