I'm looking to install a tranny temp sender in my '97. I've been thru all the threads on where to & not to install it. So I've decided to install a tranny filter kit. I have a 4x4 & since it has a remote oil filter to start with I'm
figuring that there's not a whole lot of room down there. The filter kit comes with the sensor, sensor port, & gauge. I'm disabled & crawling under the truck is about out of the question, so where's a good spot to install it or
does it even exist? I'm hoping that I can get this in & kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Also I'd like to look into using braided line for durability instead of the rubber tubing.
So what are y'all's thoughts on this?
