Default Trans/diff slipping, please help.

On a road trip to MD right now and everytime I'm on an uphill it feels like something is slipping or clunking? I just changed the transfer case and front diff fluid about a week ago but It's been driving fine all week. Any ideas?

Dumb question but have you checked the trans fluid? I'm assuming it's an automatic? Are your u-joints tight? CV joints on front half shafts?

Yea first thing I did was pull off and check all the fluids. Started the truck up and sure as **** if it wasn't a shorted COP. Ran fine off the exit to the gas station but as soon as I restarted it acted up. So I stopped by advanced and got a new one but no code is coming up so I don't know which one is going bad. Made it to md but whenever I accelerated to much it would short out then come back when I let off the gas.
