Have the 5.4 v8 and I've been having an issue with my transmission when I take the truck on long trips when I'm on the highway for awile it starts to shift really hard and in some cases the od light will flash I have also had a boil over any one know what could cause this?

 

Have you checked the fluid level lately?

 

Yes I just currently changed the fluid and filter.
