You can't, they don't make them for supercrews, however you could look at expedition mirrors, they are bigger than the stock ones.

I put 2004 Expedition mirrors on my Screw. They're way bigger than the F-150 mirrors, and they bolt right on. You have to wire them though. Not too hard, there are several threads here that map the connections for them. Well worth the effort to do it if you are towing anything wide.

The base of the mirrors is different. If you look at any regular cab or super cab, the trim at the bottom of the door windows is thin. The trim at the bottom of the expedition and super crew windows is thicker. I've heard there are people here who have modified the bases with fiberglass, but I haven't seen one. The Expy mirrors are direct bolt-ons, and fit fine. I got a pair with puddle lights, turn signals, power adjust, and heated glass for $180 on eBay.

07+ expedition mirrors on a screw

04-07 expedition mirrors on a SCab. They actually fit the crew cabs right though.

Personally I prefer the newer style since it has less of a paddle look and more shape. They're what I plan to run.
