Default Tortion bars..?

Lastnight I was trying to replace mine and they refused to come off, anyone know an easy way?

Yup well not to discourage you but I had my lower control arms out of the truck and I couldn't get mine out with a 10lb sledge! I wanted to make a couple big pry bars out of em haha but I gave up...

I will suggest to try a strong air hammer on a large compressor and see if you can rattle em loose, it's amazing what those things can free up

when i was lifting mine. it said to take the torsion bars out of the control arms..never happened, we tried the air hammer too,but we were able to bypass that step. just curious let me if and how you get it!
