Yea pretty positive every truck does, I cranked mine on my 97 4.6 V8. very happy with it gives it a much more aggressive stance and looks more off road. Theres a picture of my truck with the tbars cranked.

Note: if you do this make sure you raise it equally and get a alignment done after.

Ya every truck that is a 4x4 thats older than 2004 then it has torsion bars. And cranking them up can add any were from an inch to 2 inches. All you have to do is look under the truck with a wrench and find you transmission crossmember (Big metal bar that hold the transmission up) and the crossmember right behind it will have your torsion keys. First step measure the hight from the center of your hub to the top of your wheel fender. Then record. Next find your keys and take a permeant marker and mark on the bolt a little line so you will know when you made a full rotation. Then start cranking away! Just make sure to do the same amount to both sides. And if you go above an inch you may want to get a realignment.

WARNING----- cranking t-bars puts ALOT of stress on your front end.. It puts your cv axles at much more of an angle and wears them out.. DONT EVER CRANK YOUR T-BARS
