Default torsion bars

I want to level out my truck, maybe even lift the front a bit by cranking the torsion bars. I know I should not max them out. Can anyone post a pic of the bolt I am supposed to turn to get this done? Thanks for the help.

Also, if you have a pic of your truck with ONLY a torsion bar lift, that would be great.

I have a 1997 f150 lariat 2x4 super cab... If anyone was wondering. It seems to sit lower then a lot of other Fords I see.

You can get coil spacers though, they do the same thing for 2wd

4wheelparts.com they had a lot. I recommend the day stars. They mound on top of the trut rather inside the strut. Their really cheap to. A lot of good parts on that site.
