Default Torsion bar

I'm assuming that more than 1 of u have cranked up ur torsion bars. I was about to do the same on my 03' F150 but it looks almost level now. Question, previous owner had a plow on it and am wondering if he already did it. Any ideas on how to figure out if he did.

Measure from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom lip of the wheel arch and see where you are in relation to the max cranked height published in the sticky thread on this subject. My truck is 1" below that height and i have no reason to believe it isn't at stock height.
