Default torque specs question

Hello guys, 1998 f150 2wd 4.2. I am going to replace lower control arm which has ball joint already installed and tie end rods (moog). My question is can I install these parts without torque spec? I did install upper arm control without torque spec. What could happen if not torqued to spec? Also if it is important does anyone know where I can get the torque spec information required? Wow, that was a lot of use of (torque specs!!!) lol.

Can you do it without a torque spec? Sure, seen it done all my life.

If they are impacted into using a ball-joint press or whatever special tool you should be good, if they aren't properly put it (goes in ****-eyed) you can have a problem then.

Most of the time I use a website this website -> http://www.torkspec.com/torkspec.aspx

Here is your specs though -
Connects: Ball Joint To Steering Knuckle
Years: 1997-2003
LOWER - 83FtLbs + Align Pin
UPPER - 57FtLbs + Align Pin
