Default Torque Specs?

were can i find top end torque specs for a 99 ford f150 4.2L v6. i need specs for the heads the intake componets ect...

Cylinder Head Bolts
1: 15 ft. lbs.,
2: 30 ft. lbs.,
3: 37 ft. lbs.,
perform the next steps to each individual bolt.
4: Loosen 2-3 turns.
5: Long Bolts: 33 ft. lbs.,
6: Short Bolts: 18 ft. lbs.,
7: 180 deg
8: Perform sequence on next bolt in sequence.
Main Bearing Bolts 1: 37 ft. lbs.
2: 115-125 deg.
Rod Bearing Bolts
1: 15-18 ft. lbs.
2: 29-33 deg.
3: 90-120 deg.
Rod Bearing Bolts
1: 18 ft. lbs.
2: 33 deg.
3: 90 deg.
Crankshaft Damper Bolts 1: 118 ft. lbs.
2: 160 ft. lbs.
Flywheel Bolts 54-64 ft. lbs.
Manifold Intake 24
Manifold Exhaust 18 ft. lbs.
Spark Plugs 11 ft lbs.
Wheel Lug Nuts 12mm: 100
14 mm: 150
Wheel Lug Nuts 126-170
Wheel Lug Nuts 74-133
