TorkTech S/C conversion

I know this is a wild a question but has anyone on here done the lower intake adapter swap to place a super charger from a 4.6 4v to a 4.6 2v?

Not on a 4.6. Harley is making one out of a solid chunk of aluminum for his 5.4.
