I am looking for an inexpensive, low profile, and black tool box for the truck bed. It needs to be big enough to fit my "mobile mechanic" type of stuff (e.g., hydraulic jack, jack stands, socket sets, smaller tool boxes).

At Lowes, Home Depot, Pep Boys, etc I have seen boxes go anywhere from $150 and way up to out of this world expensive. $200 would be pushing the limits of my budget. What do you guys have and what would you suggest?

Also, how exactly do you install them?
