Mine is the Lo pro black tsc box you listed above. It is like a quarter inch from hitting the wheel wells.

Mine is just barely touching the wheel wells. So I doubt you would be able to fit a deep well. I even thought about the chest style boxes, but after measuring them I wouldn't be able to fit one of those either. Pretty much your only option is the one I have unless somebody knows something I don't feel free to chime in.

 

They should still be on sale though at tsc. I picked mine up for 50$ off last week.
