Looking to buy a tonneau cover for my 2002 Supercrew (4 door short bed). I have a soft roll up on my Silverado and I generally like it, but it is completely inside the rails. So I’m willing to try something that goes on top of the rails for further protection from rain and snow. Also the Velcro didn’t last more than a few years on my Silverado, so would like some opinions on the tri fold compared to roll up. Are there roll ups that don’t use Velcro? I like the idea of a tri fold, but also haul atvs/motorcycles in the bed, so I would need one that can stay held up against the back window. Not sure if anybody makes a soft version of those, I’ve only seen the hard ones can stay propped against the back window. I have a feeling the answer will be another soft roll up, but even then I’m interested in good/bad brands. Happy to hear any suggestions, thank you.
