Tires and leveling kit...NEED HELP

Tires and leveling kit...NEED HELP
I have a 1999 f150 2wd and bought the 1.5 in leveling kit from daystar, but it won't fit cuz the threads on my shocks aren't long enough. Any ideas? Also what would be the biggest tire i could fit with no rub, assuming i get the leveling kit on. Thanks
