Default Tires

Curious to know if anyone on here is running Mickey Thompson baja MTZ's and get some opinions on them, I'm stuck between MTZ's or open countries, I personally think MTZ's look way more badass but I wana know wear rates or problems you guys might be having with them. I'll be running a 38x15.50x20 tire!

Thank you

Open country A/T, or M/T? I ran 33" Baja MTZ's and I wasn't that big of a fan of them. I only used them for a week to see if I could deal with 33's on my truck (5" lift on 35's but stock gears), but they just weren't all that comfortable of a ride and where pretty loud. The tread pattern is pretty aggressive so I doubt they'll last well on the road.

Toyo A/T's are by far my favorite tire. They have a nice tread pattern, fairly comfortable, and wear nicely. The M/T's look nice and wear good for a mud tire, they just weren't the best ride. I'm comparing 35x12.5R17 Toyo A/T's on my truck to 37x13.5R20 Toyo M/T's on my brothers old '96 Dodge 1500 though, so that could have a lot to do with the ride comfort.
