You should do a little research. This type of question has been answered many many times before.

Do you plan on roasting the transmission in the near future? What is your gear ratio? FYI pretty much anything bigger than a 33 will damage other parts without modifications.

Do you not give a f*** and just want the biggest tires you can slap on that baby to get all the ladies, even if it means only driving it for a couple months till it takes a crap? That way you can buy a window sticker that says "no fat chicks".

no i definitely give a crap. i would do modifications if it was absolutely necessary, but could i fit bigger than 33s? other than my tires, its completely stock until i get the lift. But the gears are stock right now.

What is your stock gear ratio?

If it's a 4x4, you can fit 35's with that lift. With 35's and stock gearing (assuming 3.73 or 3.55) you will be pushing your transmission very hard and odds are good it will die prematurely.

Since your a 2wd you probably have 3.55s stick with 33s.

315/70/r17 with stock 3:73 gears. Pulls them no problem. I can leave a red light spinning both back tires. Get around 12 mpg city and 15 hwy. I have the 5.4 and a programer, cold air intake, throttle body spacer.

Regearing is not absolutely necessary. It will still run. You won't be able to hold speed at highway and you will have no power out of the hole, but it will still drive. It is not good for the trans.

Your speedometer will be off quite a bit going from 31 to 35+. You can either live with it, buy a programmer to adjust for it, or have a dealer flash your pcm for the larger tires. Larger than 33 won't fit without the lift. Not sure if they fit without rubbing on a 2 wheel drive even.

I'd say stick with 33's. Not even sure if a 35 would fit good and not look crammed on a 2wd with a 3" lift. I have a 3" with 33's and plenty of room for 35's but mines also 4x4.

alright ya i think im going to just go with the 33s so i dont have to re-gear and just spend the money for shocks and a programmer.
