Tire size?

My buddys got a stock 01 ext cab he wants new tires and wants to know how big he can go with out a lift.

2 or 4wd? If 4wd he can go up to a 305, I wouldn't recommend it on stock wheels though. I've got 285/75/16 which measure out to 33x11.5 some companys vary on those though

305's on stocks are not a problem and he should be able to run them fine if its a 4x4.
