I have a 99 f150 stock 2wd With 18inch rims will 255/75/r18 Tires fit without rubbing.

I'd say no. They might fit if you go with a smaller sidewall like a 50 or 45. The best thing you can do is install the fronts then check the clearance.

Our generation of trucks have small fenderwells. Whenever you go bigger with the wheel, you have to compromise sidewall height. I've seen 20's on these trucks at my tire shop, but the truck is slammed to the ground and the have rubberbands for tires. The only way you gonna fit the 18's you have is if you lift your truck.
