Default Tire pressure?

I know this is a ridiculous question. What is a good tire pressure to run on a 03 fx4 supercrew? I have them at 35lbs, tires say 44lbs max.

It depends heavily on what you're doing with your truck, and what you want out of it. I generally run 60psi in mine, but thats with Load range E tires. You have to decide what you want in terms of traction, handling and gas milage. I'm happy with the ride at 60, and it can take a load without having to air the tires up.
