Default Tire help

I just picked up some 33x12.50r20 tires yesterday. I have a 2001 Ford F-150 2wd. What size lift do I need to be able to clear these tires? I found a 3 inch front coil spring spacer. With a 1 inch rear block will the tires clear? If not what should I get instead or what should I add to that?
