Default Timing The Heads. Please Help!!!

I had to replace the crank on my 4.6 romeo. I goofed pretty bad and didn't set the timing before dismantling. How do I get the timing right in the heads? I have the crank at TDC, but what now?? I know it's an interference engine so I really don't want to jack up my valves. Gotta have the motor back in before Thursday so I need some help hardcore.

Yea, you don't necessarily need to use the locker, just adhere to that instruction, it's gospel for these SOHC engines.

Oh, and yea, get it wrong and YOU WILL jack the valves.

OK. So, in a nutshell, As long as the timing marks are all aligned, I'm good. If not, align the chain on the crank and adjust the cam accordingly. Right? If I read that right, That leads me to another question... Is there any way I can tell if a cam is 360 out?

Oh and thanks a million for taking the time to help a poor noob out.
