Default Timing chain cover removal?

I recently broke one of the bolts on my timing cover. It is the one directly underneath the water pump. It is too far in to use an easy out or any thing. I was wondering what all had to be done to take the cover off and if i should replace anything while I have it off. Or if its okay and it won't leak it is only one bolt but I don't want to put it all back together if it might leak. Thanks Zach.
