Was driving down the road and a car went to turn the explorer in front of me slammed ok the brakes and swerved to the middle of the road! I had no chance

man seems like a lot of forum trucks are disappearing in one way or another lately

The bad part is I owe $2200 on it and don't have full coverage so I'm borrowing $1500 from my gparents thank god for family to buy An old gmc sierra

Question, who was at fault then? Shouldn't their insurance pay for the damages?

I think I started a bad trend, trucks are leaving everyday now
