Default Tilt steering

Just replaced ignition actuator.
Found that she's tilt capable, can tilt with screwdriver with steering wheel off.
But... there's no external lever.
Anyone added the tilt?

Get a lever and screw it in. Someone probably unscrewed it like I do so my wife can't mess with it

jokes on you? The wheel doesn't come off to replace the ignition cylinder? You press the ball below and it comes out all at once.

The cylinder is fine. The actuator is a funky shaped piece of cast metal that is a pain to replace. Google it.
The cylinder turns a piece with teeth on it which moves the actuator which moves a shaft that hits a switch.
Old school stuff.
You youngins keep concentrating on your big tires and fancy rims and take your shiney trucks to the shop.

Sounds like you should take yours to the shop to figure out a tilt mechanism? Most of us understand how the ignition switch works...
