When i go to put my truck in 4x4 the **** to engage it is very tight . It goes into 4x4 but it is hard to get in. Does anybody know how i can loosen it or why it is like this. Thanks

The truck is a 1998 ford f150 4x4 lariat

 

Knew a girl with the same problem.
Solution may be the same same as well.
Try ky, er....
I mean try wd40 or such.
