Question Thunking noise from front end

Well to start I've been away from the sight for a couple years now, migrated to Dodge for a bit (oops), but about this problem. Truck has been making this noise for a few months now, its a thunking noise is the best i can describe it. Makes noise when turning left, or going straight, but turn right it goes away. Thought it was right side wheel bearing, replaced, and no change. Its a rythmic sound, changes directly with speed. Sometimes it is worse than other times, but it always there. All new ball joints couple months ago.

This is for a 99 f150 4x4
