Happy New year!

We had a fair number of fireworks around here.
But it was short lived, by 12:45am it was quiet.

On the 4th it went till 3am.

The sub I ordered isn't here yet, so I put the Fosgate slim sub in for now. It does pretty damn good for a slim design. I was going to put my old MA Audio sub in there, but I can feel the coil is damaged when I move it. Must've blown it and forgot about it.

Never heard of that one....

Just been watching TV for a past couple hours while cooking. According to Jim, Home Improvement, and now Last Man Standing.

I made some stir fry that turned out really good. At least I thought it was.... haven't heard from the minions and the Wife if they like it yet, lol.

This is the recipe that I used. (Couldn't find oyster sauce though)

https://www.joyousapron.com/ramen-noodle-stir-fry/

It passed the Wife test. Everyone is sick but me, so they all got a plate and left to their rooms. My Wife sent a text "SAVE THIS RECIPE! It' so good".

The kids said they liked it.... that's about all I'm gonna get from them, lol.

EDIT: I also used 4 packs of ramen instead of 3.

.
Would of said the same if it was eatable, and to prep for the next time I didn't feel like cooking.

Nah....looks tasty! Haven't tried Ramon noodles yet...heard they're good in a pinch.
