Also, I’m not on vacation, we’re doing Geothermal drilling at a new fire station. I’ve actually been out working for 2 months now. Been in 6 different states and not heading home till roughly dec 20th. I do have my wife, little girl and truck out here with me which is nice. Can’t beat a home cooked meal on the road.
Drill....are you using an iphone? It's a lot of hieroglyphics. lol Sounds like a good job and benefits. NICE.

Brew...Windows are always a hit or miss on trailers/motorhomes. Hehr was by far the best a while back but I don't even know who's mfgring now, other than them. With the inner ring holder being where most of the air comes in, being the worst area. We used to use a clear Permatex silicone to seal them up before delivery. That brand works the best, as it has flex room for moving around, as these coaches tend to do. Did you ever post any pics of your unit. What did you do on the propane, dump the 2 10# and go to twin 40's? Do they fit under the tank covers?
Haha, you know these things well.

Yes, that's what I did, well it came with twin 20's. I replaced them with 40's. Since know one makes the plastic covers to fit the 40's (unless you use a ugly white or brown vinyl cover, NOT) I'm screwed there. I'm going to make my own combining 2 double tank covers. For now I wrapped some thick 3M rubber around the bottom of the 40 lb tanks still incorporating the 20 lb cover. Look close to factory but not quite at the moment. It's a beautiful trailer, hate to make it look hacked and IT WON'T! Lol.

Nope, I didn't take pics yet. My daughter borrowed my camera for awhile, I got it back last week, I left it at the house, didn't bring it with me...thought about it. My phone takes horrible pics. But yea, I should take some pics. Better make that a priority for insurance purposes..this is my first one, I could blow the thing up.

I just looked around the frames, no caulking evidence what so ever. There's a line of screws across the bottom and top of the frames. Damn , it looks like they'll fall right out if I remove them. The two I looked at fit tight...iduno, they don't look that good, cheap! I did try to find double pane, but couldn't find a supplier and it wasn't an option. Gave up, figured that would have to be another custom project. I need another couple weeks of good weather.

Anyway just trying out some of your beer here in good ol Michigan. The amber is pretty good, still to try the other two. (I don’t think devil dog is the Alaskan brand but it’s in the try pile lol)
There are pics with that post^
And you must’ve hit post like a second after me so you might miss this one too 😂 just not my day lol

2100.....I finally ran all the way back and almost missed it again. You want to know about the Alaskan Ale beer. It is rated fairly good. I'm not a beer drinker, so I honestly can't say. My son says it's good, and he's not a beer drinker either.

Sorry I missed it. I just saw the picture and it didn't even register with me. That's how little I drink beer. I do know that we've got a load of micro brewers now and some of their stuff is rated top notch.

Tell me what you think of it when you try it, then I'll have an unbiased opinion from a non=Alaskan. lol

like I said no big deal, just wanted to give ya a hard time lol. Yeah I’m normally not a huge beer drinker... usually just if I’m out shootin pool or my dad offers one up on the beach, other than that I’d really just prefer a coke or sweet tea. My co workers are massive beer snobs and give me crap for drinking bud light when I do drink. They even complain when their beer is too cold!? Like what, I’ve never complained about that anyway we were at a liquor store yesterday cz one of them is essentially a functioning alcoholic and I happened to see the beer. I own a husky so I had to try it lol we all bought one kind and traded for one of each

It’s the autocorrect feature you have when using apostrophes I didn’t notice it when he quoted you but here’s when I was quoted once

Man, I can't believe they didn't fix that yet. No updates for it yet?

Spent the night in the trailer. Temps down in the teens, but we kept warm. Actually, the fire place maintained temps pretty good. I had to turn it down so the furnace would run more. Didn't want the pipes to freeze. This furnace is something else, the fan is a little loud but it heats this thing up quick and shuts right off. We have 40 bottles of water in basement or storage compartment, they didn't freeze. The windows, if your next to one makes it a little uncomfortable. Once I get them 3M'ed and the reflectix installed, this thing will be comfy.

Having a party later, just the kids. Popcorn and watching season 2 of Stranger Things tonight lol.
