2 years ago i ended up replacing the whole sewer line - it was old clay tile- roots really plugged it up- it just slowly got worse over the years. 3k later i got a new pvc sewer line and water line!

LOL.... my oldest tried to flush an entire brick of baby wipes. Yeah.... the toilet had to come off for that one too. Jeez... that's been about 11 years now.

That's another reason I am wanting to move. All of the houses on my road that are 3 or 4 years older than mine have all been needing their sewer replaced. I am going to get sewer line insurance though on the next place. There is a place here that offers it for like 6 bucks a month. I'm perfectly fine with that, lol.

Yes, cheap insurance White!- its definitely worth it. Its not easy taking an unexpected hit like that.
Yes, the boys were about 8-10 when that happened- they are 36 and 34 now!- man time flies!- funny you mention the other houses in your neighborhood- same thing happened here, no sooner did i get my line replaced, about 4 houses on the block had the same thing happen.

Well guys, my 12th gen is gone. Sold it to a highway patrol officer out of California. While I was sad to see it go, I'm happy to be rid of the 500 dollar payment. Here's a couple pics of my last ride with her yesterday.

Hell yes, prob take my time to round up parts to make the whole thing cheaper. But even before that I would really like a Dana 60 SAS.

Bigger badder things on the horizon? Hows those business plans working out? Many hurdles to overcome I expect, takes time.
