I'd personally rent a UHaul trailer if I didnt have one at home. It that thing slides any, you will be out the price and time to pick it up. I just wouldn't take a chance that way. Maybe if you could turn it sideways or even put it half way into the bed at a / angle, possibly it would ride okay, but this way, NO chance in hell it makes it home. JMO, of course.

Didn't see the cross boards in my first look. That may help, but I still like a cheap trailering idea better.

If you were going a short distance, you would probably be ok- 450 mi!- get a trailer or like AK said put it in the bed angled, but, get plenty of old rugs to lay down and lay it on.

No, don't haul like that. Yup, U haul. Just pick up a trailer at bed location. That way you get away with a one day rental, 30 bucks or so.

JP. I just PM'd you. Thank you for the help.

As far a shipping, since they are small, why not just throw them into an envelope and mail them that way. Very cheap and they weigh nothing. Probably 2 stamps and the envelope.

Thanks again.

No problem. I'll probly just flat rate ship them. It will be 5 dollars tops.

Thanks for the responses. I have a trailer it will fit on, just will be a pain to find somewhere to park since I'm staying overnight with a friend close to Nashville. I got to looking earlier, and I don't think the bed would line up anyways due to how the cab and bed of the tenth gen overlap at the bottom. They wouldn't be able to overlap like that at the top

Why not just clamp it on like a shell?

That's how it's done in the picture I posted. Now that I think about it, getting the bed up there with only 2 people would be a struggle. I'm on a 6 inch lift and 35s, so it's up there pretty good

AK, I had to drop them in the mail today in a normal envelope but they are on the way. Look for an envelope with "Prevatte & Associates, Inc." as the return address. Let me know when the make it your way out there man.
