Default Thermostat

I posted in another thread about my lack of heat. I recently flushed out heater core both ways. Some crud came out but it was running clear from both end when I finished. The truck runs fine and doesn't overheat no. Matter how hot it gets. My question is should I now put new thermostat in it? Since the flush it is slightly warmer but not nearly warm enough. What temp thermostat should I install. Thanks👍

The thermostat needs to be a 195
I would replace that now for sure and would have replaced it before the flush
Good luck
Get the air burped out of the cooling system when finished or you will still have little to no heat
If no cooling system bleed on yours just elevate the front of the truck and add coolant slowly
Then road test until hot and let it cool down and recheck the coolant level
Doing that a couple of times will burp the cooling system on the ones with no bleed screw
Your blend door is moving and sealing correctly I am assuming
