Default Is there a REAL difference in Spark Plugs?

So I plan on changing out my 8 plugs this weekend ('01 5.4L V8 Triton) and I went to my local Parts spot to price them out. He gave me Platinum, Iridium, OE, NGK....went on and on with prices ranging from $7.60-$16.50 per plug. What is THE most recommended for durability??

He also mentioned that if I had to change a COP, the OE's were $115.00 a pop, however the Accel COP's were half that price (the downside to these were I'd have to change all 8 due to the fact that they have a different resistance...) True??

I've searched and searched for what guys have done and it seems a lot of people are doing things differently. I see that these truck are infamous for blowing plugs, due to thread depth or improper torquing...

Lets get some ideas/advice.

Just went through this recently. With the COP's anyway. I did the plugs too with Motorcraft Platinum bought at Autozone for pretty cheap. Highly recommended for these engines. Did a lot of research. For the COP's, I was going to go with Accell's too and some very knowledgeable members here talked me out of it. These engines apparently don't do too well with aftermarket COP's. OEM or COP's made by Visteon are recommened. I found an eBay seller selling Visteon COP's for $32 shipped or something close. Info to the seller in here... https://www.f150forum.com/f6/hey-im-new-here-320087/

You really shouldnt need anti seize. Visteon coils are just rebranded motorcraft coils. I like the MC iridium plugs but they are probably more overkill than I need in a stock motor.
