I have been reading the threads about the blend door since I am having similiar issues. I dont get any heat when the **** is turned to hot, just cold. The blower works just fine, the defrost/floor/panel/etc. selector **** is fine. So after reading many threads on the blend door and watching the videos on the heater treater, I decided to at least look at the blend door and actuator. Well, after getting to both, the blend door moves just fine, no broken plastic pieces I see or feel but it seems like the actuator does not move either by hand or when I turn the temperature control ****. I moved the blend door by hand and get hot air from one side and cold air from the other. I took voltage readings at teh blend door actuator and have a continuous supply of voltage on the pink/blue line but nothing on any of the other lines when I turn the temp ****. I did a resistance check of the control **** and it seems like the resistance is changing when i rotate it from cold to hot and vice versa. Does anyone have any other advice on checking the control ****, blend door actuator or the specs on the wires/connections of the temperature control ****, actuator door or any other ideas?
