You mean you actually want a tailgate?
Around here everyone takes them off and puts either that chrome extension thing on the back or the black netting and throw the tailgate into the garage or under the house never to be seen again.

ya and those nets lower fuel mileage same with taking them off o and covers.

thos nets also make the beds bend & bow from wind velocity against thin metal.They'd never fit them on again anyhow lmao ..Mother nature always wins lol .

You can take your tailgate off for 5 years and still put one back on...

I got the one for my harley for $50 from the local JYard.

The next one for the big truck I plan on bending a sheet of aluminum to have a total of 5lbs in a tailgate.
