It's the same tailgate that the Flareside uses. It uses the same Flairside (thus the F85Z) part number. So you have from 97-03 Flairside or Super Crew from 01-03 to choose from for replacement. I just posted where I got a very clean SCrew gate for 40 just a couple weeks ago.
Little known fact......the Explorer SportTrac tailgate will also bolt on. It just has the lower middle center molding that runs between the taillights at the bottom.
