swapping instrument clusters??

Default swapping instrument clusters??

so i have a manual 04 heritage (which i believe is basically an 03) without a tachometer is it possible to upgrade the cluster with one that does?

The last one I switched out was a '97. That went well. I don't know for sure about your's. From what I've read, your best chance for success is to get one from a model that's closest to the same, like XL to XLT. If you went to say a King Ranch, it would have options an XL wouldn't and chances are at least some things wouldn't work.

the clusters are the same man. Look at one from an XLT and one from a King Ranch... Here's a King ranch one.

Yah the clusters are the same. I have an 2000 XLT 2wd. When light hits the dash at the right angle I can see the 4wd and 4low indicators. The odometers did change in the 90s from analog to digital though

99+ has to deal with PATS. So you may have to change the mdule on the back of the cluster.
