Squeaky leaf springs?
Mine does it. Every so often I spray them down with PB blaster and it seems to quiet them down quite a bit, for a while at least.

The plastic tabs between the spring wear out and fall off. Springs will squeak like a biatch when then do. There's a name for them, can't recall. Had to hit up the dealer to get some, - way back when.

Mine does this too. The plastic pads on a few of my springs are long gone. I may have to source some of these too.

Sounds like a cheap fix, was it?

I think the dealer charges 2.50 apiece.

It was a while ago. I cannot find exact picture. I replaced rear shackles on my F150 with one that has a grease fitting. This way it can be lube once in a while. My truck used to have that annoying squeak in the rear. Just like later the squeak developed in the front. I replaced all the parts that had ball and joints with parts that now have that grease fitting as well. I sort of looks like the one pictured but with the fitting in the cylinder end. Good luck.

By the way it was under 50 bucks and pretty easy to install. I will take a picture of the one on my truck later.
