Default Suspension problems after alignment

I had an alignment done on my 01 Lariat, after I replaced everything for the steering, upper and lower control arms. Now I have been having a "movement" problem. It doesn't happen every time, and only on the left driver steering side, it never happened until I got the alignment done. I have since installed the cam washers and new bolts on the top, it still moves when I have to stop really fast or backing up on an incline.

This is the upper control arm, driver's side, rear bolt. I have since put the cam washers on front and back of this control arm.

The lower control arm. Drivers side. Rear of arm. I put the parts back in with what was taken out. Is there something that is missing?

I'm not 100% sure of what would cause movement other than being under-tightened If I remember correctly somewhere around 95-100 ft-lbs. If you can't make it stop moving, a small tack-weld or even a centering plate would work. Personally, I would have had it back to the alignment shop very quickly. It's not safe that way with movement.

How is it "moving"?

With the cam washers it can't move unless they rotate......... And they aren't going to rotate by any forces pushing them forward or backwards.

I have tightened them as far as I can without using a breakeven bar, but I will set a torque wrench on them. Any other ideas about the lower bolt, and it moving?
