I have a 1997 ford f150 with spacers to level out my truck and i was wondering if i could add a suspension lift to it even if i do have the spacers? i was thinking a rough country 3" suspension lift or a tuff country 2" suspension lift. or if yall have any other suggestions. im just trying to add more height to my truck

 

You could try a spindle lift, then put blocks in the rear
